Sometimes we overlook that the simplest is what gives us a calm and happy experience that helps us appreciate everything around us in an unimaginable way.

We forget many moments like these for which we must be grateful. We should  feel grateful for opportunities. Because not everyone has a chance to live. To honor life and everything that happens in it. For it has the power to give us the best feelings, lessons and experiences.

Lessons and experiences that make us build the best version of ourselves: The true human essence. Based on the vital laws in all, we belong to something greater. It is something we all feel in each of our hearts.

To be grateful to the people who love us, to feel and be alive, to enjoy every experience and person is absolutely necessary if you want a positive attitude. To give thanks is to recognize and appreciate everything around you.

The body is our tool for connecting to our inner wisdom, our divine gift: that which gives us the duty to share with those we love.

Thoughts affect posture, breathing, our movements and especially our attitude to the experiences that represent a barrier and that can leave an immensely rich learning as a memory.

Our body marks the union of everything with ourselves. When we become aware of our body, we can change and vary the way we handle positive emotions.

Remember that your brain is a tool that allows you to change your attitude towards your own life experience in seconds. That is why it is important to show awareness and respect for it. Remember that to do this you need to engage in physical exercise and eat healthy.

Meditate and calm your inner self

If you want to have a positive attitude, you need to exercise control over your thoughts. The best tool is to learn to identify each of them. To do this, meditation is one of the best options. It will give you inner peace of mind when it comes to controlling your thoughts.

So I recommend yoga, tai chi, pilates or breathing exercises that allow you to spend some time resting. Rest is essential to feel calm and have a calm mind to put things in perspective.

Avoid using excuses when it comes to time. This is one of the biggest barriers when performing such exercises. Remember that if you do not rest, you will gradually become more vulnerable to stress and fatigue. Take time to allow yourself to reflect on the “why” of your thoughts.
